By leveraging its proprietary AI application „Joule,“ the company has already achieved significant efficiency gains – for example, in areas such as finance, software development, and HR.
One of the COO’s responsibilities is to consistently and continuously train employees to work with these latest technologies.
„We are creating new jobs and have new requirements specifically for software development,“ Steinhäuser explained. „As today, there is much, much more software that hasn’t been programmed yet – compared to the software that already exists.“
